Page Marker works on most standard web pages. It intentionally skips editable areas like inputs and textareas, and does not run on restricted pages like chrome:// URLs.
Page Marker uses multiple strategies to find your highlighted text: direct text-node paths, visible text positions, and quote matching with context. If it cannot confidently restore a highlight, it skips it rather than attach to wrong text.
No artificial limit. Storage is limited only by your browser's extension storage quota, which is typically several megabytes.
